PAYMENT

1. Canadian customers will be charged in Canadian dollars.
2. US and internation customers will be charged in US dollars
3. We accept major credit cards, debit, and even cash at local craft shows.
4. Otherwise, all online payments is via PayPal only.
5. Payment not received within 48 hours will be considered non-payment and item(s) will be relisted.

RETURN POLICY

It is very important to the Beadsisterhood that you are completely happy with the jewelry you buy in our shop. Therefore, if for some reason you are not happy with a piece of jewelry, refunds will be offered within 7 days of you receiving the item.

The item must be received in its original condition and unused prior to a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Unfortunately we can not offer refunds for custom orders.
